1️⃣ Manager Finance & Accounts (Accounts Payable)
Qualification: ACCA, ACMA, CA, M.Com, MBA Finance, MS FinanceMax Age: 55 Years Experience:CA / ACCA / ACMA with at least 8 years of experienceMS Finance & Accounting / MBA (Finance) / M.Com (16 years of education) with 10 years of experienceJob Expectations:
🔹 Processing and approvals of payments, recoupments, and contracts.
🔹 Daily payment management, cheque issuance, and supplier dealings.
🔹 Handling forex approvals, import permits, and LCs.
🔹 Funds management and insurance processing.
🔹 Supervising ERP data entry in Accounts Payable.
🔹 Maintaining payment and bank guarantee records.
🔹 Any other task assigned by supervisors.
2️⃣ Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts (Payroll)
Qualification: ACCA, ACMA, CA Finalist, M.Com, MBA FinanceMax Age: 55 Years Experience:CA Finalist / ACCA / ACMA with 5 years’ relevant experienceMBA Finance / M.Com with 7 years’ relevant experienceJob Expectations:
🔹 Verification of payroll bills, pay fixation, and settlements.
🔹 Scrutiny of medical reimbursements, TA/DA bills, loans, insurance.
🔹 Handling monthly remittances and employee increments.
🔹 Data analysis and reconciliation for HR and Project Directorates.
🔹 Preparation of schedules, audit replies, and adhoc payroll reports.
3️⃣ Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts (Financial Reporting)
Qualification: ACCA, ACMA, CA FinalistMax Age: 55 Years
Experience: 3–5 years in financial reporting with reputed firms/organizations.
Job Expectations:
🔹 Preparation of financial statements for NLC and SBUs.
🔹 Coordination with external auditors for annual audits.
🔹 Drafting working papers for finance committee and NLB meetings.
🔹 Supervising procurement, payables, receivables, and fixed assets.
🔹 Managing ERP Oracle general ledger and financial modules.
🔹 Preparing management-level financial reports.
🎓 Eligibility & Criteria
Professional qualification in Finance & Accounts.Relevant work experience as per position requirement.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting, and compliance.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Maximum age: 55 years.
