📌 Job Purpose
The Executive HSSE will be responsible for managing HSSE-related operations across CMPak’s regional offices, CSC, and MWG sites. The position demands strict supervision of safety standards, ensuring compliance, and timely reporting. The candidate will support the HSSE team in maintaining the highest levels of health, safety, and security measures.
🛡️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Assist in compliance reviews, risk assessments, and HSSE inspections to ensure staff and facility safety.
🔹 Support in policy implementation and ensure regular updates of HSSE procedures.
🔹 Handle financial matters related to HSSE, including invoice processing, payment timelines, tax reconciliations, and budgeting.
🔹 Prepare monthly CEO reports covering incidents, expat affairs, security measures, and safety arrangements.
🔹 Monitor security staff, attendance management, and SLA compliance of Security Companies.
🔹 Ensure the smooth operation of CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Burglar Alarm systems.
🔹 Organize fire drills, safety training, and awareness sessions for staff.
🔹 Coordinate with government security officials and vendors for HSSE equipment management.
🔹 Report and investigate incidents while ensuring timely resolution.
🔹 Maintain round-the-clock functionality of safety and security systems.
🔹 Lead HSSE-related projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion and reporting.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education
🔹 Master’s degree required.
🔹 Preference for candidates with degrees in Environmental Sciences or Engineering.
Work Experience
🔹 3 to 5 years of experience in HSSE operations.
🔹 Certifications in security, safety, crisis management, and first aid are highly desirable.
Required Skills
🔹 Strong communication and leadership skills.
🔹 Crisis management and decision-making under pressure.
🔹 Time management and proactive approach.
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and advanced presentation skills.
🔹 Experience working with international organizations and expats will be preferred.
