🎓 Eligibility Criteria
🔹 Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (1st Division/B Grade) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
🔹 Professional Certification: Valid CPL/IR license and ICAO ELP Level 4 from Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA).
🔹 Flying Experience: Minimum 200 flying hours.
🔹 Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as of the last date of application submission.
🔹 Medical Requirements: Must meet PCAA's medical fitness standards.
📋 Selection Process
🔹 Eligible candidates will undergo a Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted by an independent testing agency.
🔹 CBT results will be shown on the candidates’ screen immediately after test completion.
🔹 Candidates securing 70% or above will proceed to the next stages: Flying Aptitude Test, Interview, and Medical Assessment.
🔹 All provincial/regional and other quotas will be strictly followed as per the law.
🔹 Final results will only be communicated to successful candidates.
💸 Salary & Bond Requirements
🔹 Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during training.
🔹 After successful training and beginning productive flights, a competitive salary package will be offered.
🔹 A training bond of USD 15,000 or equivalent must be signed for two years from the first productive flight. This bond is applicable on a prorated basis.
