About the Job
Telenor Pakistan is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates under its Parvaaz Trainee Program, specifically in the Customer Experience department. This full-time, grade C contract role is based in Lahore and focuses on improving customer satisfaction for B2B clients.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Trainee, you will:
Supervise outsourced partner operations handling network and IT complaints.Ensure partner compliance with customer experience KPIs.
Analyze customer feedback (CSAT, NPS) and resolve service pain points.
Design and execute customer engagement campaigns and greeting initiatives.
Implement loyalty and retention strategies to reduce churn.
Prepare dashboards and reports on customer metrics and improvements.
Coordinate SMS, email, and visual communication for outreach.
Create and execute marketing communication plans with internal teams.
Generate visibility for CX insights in meetings and forums.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Courses or certifications in Customer Experience, Project Management, or Digital Marketing will be a plus.
Experience:
0–1 year experience in a relevant field (customer service, marketing, or outsourcing).Preferably experience in feedback systems, campaign execution, or CRM.
